Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines below:

Return Window: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your label.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Due to high volume, please allow 7–15 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Store Credit Only: All returns are issued as store credit. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations. However, if you made an address error at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships
Restocking Fee: Due to high rate of out of stock items we charge a 6% restocking fee upon finalizing returns.

- Order #
- Reason for return
- Product name

* We may decline your return if upon inspection we notice obvious sign of wear and tags are removed*
